I REALLY enjoyed this book! I was super intrigued by this world that Cassandra Clare created. I enjoy the main character, Clary, although she could be a TAD annoying at times. (I'm going to say this is probably because of her age) I was annoying at age 15 too.  Unfortunately I think the cover is pretty hideous, but I'll forgive them. The inside makes up for it!

If you like stories where you are thrown into a whole new world full of new names, creatures, etc, you will enjoy this!

I really liked this dystopian book! For some reason this is an "unpopular" dystopian trilogy in the booktube community, but I don't really understand why! I enjoyed the characters and I liked this new futuristic world with it's pills and matching system! I personally really liked the romance and the love interest, Ky! I REALLY began to feel for him. He's such a great guy with such a sad past.. There is a love triangle but it REALLY actually works! All three people really learn to respect each other and it's just the best! If you enjoy dystopian books, you will like this!

Unfortunately I didn't enjoy this book as much as Matched (book 1). Most of the book seemed a bit irrelevant.. The good news is the next book, Reached, ROCKS!
